After dried fruits are finely ground, paprika oleoresin is formed with an extraction process using organic solvents. This oleoresin is a combination of flavor and color principles extracted from sweet paprika which shows color principles much more than flavor principles.

Usage Areas: In spice seasonings, snack foods, processed meats, ethnic foods, and other food products needing the color and characteristics of paprika.
