TASTE ENHANCERS

Description: Flavoring with strong taste enhancing and taste improving properties. The word “umami” means delicious taste in Japanese; a general term used for a pleasant broth or meat taste that covers the entire tongue. It contains naturally occuring high glutamic acid that replaces MSG, and the product becomes MSG Free. 

Ingredients: Acid-hydrolyzed rapeseed, maltodextrin, salt, sunflower oil.

Usage Areas: It is used to intensify the flavor of a variety of food products including soups, gravy, sauces, stews, bouillon cubes, beef products, processed meat products. It is also used to retain the flavor of certain food products which may be lost during canning, freezing, or drying process. Seasoning and flavoring formulations are also very suitable for HVPs as a food ingredient.

Packaging: Available in 20 kg cartons with blue plastic liner, closed with plastic clip.
