TASTE ENHANCERS

Description: Hydrolyzed vegetable protein is a flavor enhancer made from acid-hydrolyzed rapeseed. 

Ingredients: Acid-hydrolyzed rapeseed, sunflower oil. 

Usage Areas: Liebex K is used to intensify the flavor of a variety of food products including soups, gravy, sauces, stews, bouillon cubes, beef products, processed meat products. It is also used to retain the flavor of certain food products which may be lost during canning, freezing, or drying process. Seasoning and flavoring formulations are also very suitable to be used with HVPs as a food ingredient. 

Packaging: Available in 25 kg cartons with blue plastic liner, closed with plastic clip.

Shelf Life: 24 months
