Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (HVP)

TASTE ENHANCERS

Description: A blend of naturally occurring amino acids, HVPs are produced from natural vegetable proteins by hydrolytic digestion under controlled conditions of temperature, pressure, and time.

Ingredients: Acid-hydrolyzed soy, salt, sunflower oil

Usage Areas: HVP is used to intensify the flavor of a variety of food products including soups, gravy, sauces, stews, bouillon cubes, beef products, processed meat products, flavored nuts, and any chips products. They are also used to retain the flavor of certain food products which may be lost during canning, freezing, or drying process. Seasoning and flavoring formulations are also very suitable for HVPs.

Packaging: Available in 25 kg blue plastic bags.
